How can I purchase a lesson?
You can purchase a lesson, or a discounted package of lessons, by clicking one of the 'Purchase' buttons above.
How do I schedule a lesson?
Once you have purchased lessons, use the blue scheduling buttons above.
Only purchased lessons can be scheduled.
How do I attend a lesson?
A Zoom link is emailed to you when the lesson is scheduled. Click the link at the scheduled time to attend the lesson.
How do I change or cancel a lesson after it has been booked?
You can change or cancel a lesson using the links in your confirmation email. If you reschedule, select a new available time and the previous booking will be replaced automatically.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not permitted. The lesson will be charged and is non-refundable.
Do lesson packages expire?
Yes. Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused lessons expire after this period and are non-refundable.
What technology do I need for online classes?
A stable internet connection, Zoom, and a camera.
